Ingredients
- 350 Gms Rice Flour
- 125 Gms Gram Flour
- Pinch Of Asafetida
- 1 Tbsp Til Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tsp Chili Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Oil for Frying
Method
- Mix rice flour and gram flour with asafetida, chili powder, butter and salt.
- Add til seeds to the flour mixture.
- Pour water and knead them to make soft dough.
- Using mould, make circular shaped chaklies out of dough.
- Fry the chakli in heated oil till crispy and brown.
