Ingredients
- ½ Kg Fish Fillets
- 4 Onions
- 4 Green Chillies
- ½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 8 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Oil to Fry
- Salt to Taste
Method
-
Wash and clean fish fillets.
- Apply little salt and keep aside.
- Chop onion into slices.
- Beat the eggs.
- Mix 5 tbsp bread crumbs, milk, red chilly powder, garam masala, lemon juice, onions, green chillies, coriander, 2 tbsp beaten egg and salt to taste.
- Mix well.
- Keep little stuffing on one side of fish fillet and roll the fillet.
- Dip the fish fillet in beaten egg and then roll it on the bread crumbs.
- Heat oil enough for shallow frying and fry the fillets till they are crisp and golden brown.
